Explore the limits of your own body and get to know yourself anew.
The dance workshop “Break the Binary” invites all participants to expand their own physical and mental boundaries with contemporary dance. A workshop that teaches people fun, inner strength and self-love through the art of dance and demonstrates how much can be achieved through dance. In collaboration with the Salzburger Landestheater, dance teacher and choreographer Kate Watson and Pia Grohmann want to offer all participants the opportunity to get to know themselves and their bodies from a completely new perspective. No previous knowledge is required for the workshop and everyone is welcome to join in. The participation fee is 9€. (sb)
