Mind The Gap

A dance performance about closeness, freedom and the invisible space in between – Mind The Gap
On 4 September, choreographer and performer Florian Entenfellner invites you to the dance performance ‘Mind The Gap’ at the Toihaus in Salzburg. ‘Mind The Gap’ deals with self-perception and the perception of others, the gaps in our society and interpersonal relationships. Conversations between the choreographer and various people from the queer community are translated into the movements of the performance. ‘Mind The Gap’ tells a story of approaching, repelling, holding on and letting go. ‘It aims to draw attention to the personal norms and judgements that are imposed on us by others or by ourselves. It’s about freedom, touch and visibility,’ says Entenfellner. A specially composed soundscape by Marco Girardin and a song by Greek singer Despoina Gkotsopoulou round off the performance musically.
