Pride Walk and Mountain Hut Party
Heading to the mountains for Pride Festival: a hike and a fun-filled evening in a mountain hut with HOSI Salzburg and the Heublumen
This year’s Pride Festival Salzburg features a new addition to the programme: hiking and mountain hut fun. Salzburg provides the perfect setting for this, nestled picturesquely at the foot of the Alps. The destination is Salzburg’s Gaisberg. On 29 August, HOSI Salzburg, in collaboration with the Heublumen association, invites you to lace up your hiking boots and join them on the climb up the mountain. After the group hike up the Gaisberg, the Pride Hüttengaudi will take place at the Alpengasthof Mitteregg, featuring hearty home-cooked food and a performance by drag queen Trina Crystal. Participation in the hike and the Hüttengaudi is free of charge. The hike starts at 3 pm at the Zistelalm bus stop. A suitable bus on route 151 departs from Mirabellplatz at 2.15 pm and arrives at Zistelalm at 2.42 pm. Happy Pride!
