Queer picnic to mark the opening of the Salzburg Pride Festival 2025
A classic feature of the Salzburg Pride Festival is the Pride Picnic in Hans-Donnerberg Park. This picnic takes place on the afternoon of 30 August and is the perfect opportunity to relax, chat and enjoy yourself. Once again, various queer organisations will be on hand to provide accessible information about their work. Fun and entertainment will be provided by play equipment, table tennis tables, balls for volleyball or streetball, and live DJ music. With the warm late-summer temperatures, a refreshing dip is always welcome. So it’s handy that the Almkanal is just around the corner – just pop in for a quick dip and cool off.(sb)
