On the eve of the CSD parade, get in the mood with a rainbow market and drag bingo.

This event on the Friday evening before the parade has also become something of a tradition. In addition, HOSI Salzburg has now succeeded for the second year in a row in securing three public parking spaces in the lively Andräviertel district for an outdoor terrace. Not only is there space for the Rainbow Market, where all kinds of rainbow-themed items are on sale – which makes sense on the eve of the CSD parade – but there is also space to linger under the rainbow.

From 8 p.m., the tradition of drag bingo will continue. This time, for the first time, it will not feature Gigi La Pajette, but Atlantika van Doom. According to her own statement, she is the only drag queen from the Bavarian Forest. We are excited. People from the Pride Slam/Pride Poetry Show at Jazzit will probably join us. Or we’ll meet later at Dark Eagle or Mexxx. Or at Jazzit? In any case, Salzburg is always full of queer vibes on Friday evenings during CSD. (pg)
