Shopping News for Easter? Hmh, actually not so stupid. Because of Corona we all sit at home anyway and instead of meeting friends on the road in nice weather, you could do some superfluous shopping online. Aren’t there a lot of things you don’t really need? Isn’t mail order booming in the age of Corona? Questions upon questions. Gigi LaPajette will certainly answer them, at least in part, on Easter Sunday during her Facebook chat hour at 9 p.m.
All the things we could not use
Then maybe she will explain to us what we don’t really need but still have to have. Or which bargain we have not yet recognized as such? Or what we may need when “normal” life will continue at some point?
Anyway: on Easter Sunday evening we can experience a piece of the Salzburg scene at Aunt Gigi’s and look forward to when – hopefully – the Corona-related restrictions on social life will soon be gradually lifted.

Salzburg Queer Update
Saturday 21 April 2026 is the perfect day for a stroll and a spot of shopping – most people have the day off. Salzburg’s Old Town provides the ideal setting for this. Once a month, there is ‘Old Town Saturday’, each time with a different theme. In keeping with the season, last Saturday’s theme was ‘Urban Gardening’. More themes are to follow.
