This year’s Graz Tuntenball took place on Saturday (21 February 2026). Every year, the Courage Award is presented at this event. It honours commitment to queer visibility and dialogue. This year, the award went to Salzburg for the first time, to the Heublumen association, which is now in its fourth year of promoting the interests and communication of queer people in the Salzburg region. The Unken Pride 2023 last Saturday made the small mountain village of Unken in Pinzgau shine in rainbow colours. Around 300 participants sent a signal that diversity and love of all kinds have a place and are appreciated not only in the anonymous big cities, but also in the countryside. [Read more]
