A new series of events is coming to Salzburg. Drag queen Nicole Klitman, known for her performances at the Magic Garage, invites us to a rather different kind of reading evening in the laid-back basement bar of the Single Oak. The theme of this literary evening? Bedtime stories – but probably more suited to an adult audience. Nicole Klitman reads live from an English paperback from the 1950s. And these paperback stories pack a punch. Stories brimming with scandal and drama, delivered by Klitman with drag-style humour and a twinkle in her eye.
An evening best enjoyed with a drink in hand and friends by your side. Thankfully, the drinks are never far away. The team at the Single Oak Bar are on hand all evening to make sure no one goes thirsty. (sb)
